We had a great experience with Wayne, as soon as he walked into the house he knew the area, the house history, and was really enthusiastic about being able to sell the property. We asked for honest feedback on how to sell the property for a good price but quickly and it was great to get that. Wayne told us exactly what we could expect for our house in a volatile market, and was also able to guide us on buying our new house, even though he was not their agent. His knowledge was the reason that it all worked. Not only that, his style made it easy, relaxing for all, taking so much stress out of the once in a lifetime situation that could have been heart attack country for normal people. If the situation arose again I would go back to Wayne without considering all the wannabees
