I first met Sarah late 2016 when my sister and I were looking to list our late mother’s house out for rent. Her signs and billboards were strategically placed to attract maximin exposure and the reason for contacting her at that time. 4 years later we wanted to sell. Despite living in Auckland it was because of these signs and billboards I remembered Sarah, so was the first agent I contacted. Not only was her appraisal higher (sale price achieved was also close to it) than a couple of other agencies, but her marketing proposal was also far more professional. As it was likely to sell to an owner/occupier her ability to communicate with the tenant was extremely important so as to not prejudice a potential purchasers impression of the house, something she understood and managed very well. I know I’m not the easiest person to get along with and some criteria I set was none negotiable, however, through Sarah’s tenacity and patience worked with me on these points to ensure a smooth listing and sale process. Not living in Taranaki we needed someone we could trust, Sarah and Sam were those people and a team I would highly recommend.
