Sarah was very easy to communicate with, even though we were overseas. She had to deal with a very different time zone, but that didn't effect us getting our questions answer immediately, and we always felt reassured during the sale process. Sarah was able to get us a great price we were happy with, and was not afraid to let less offers go by. She was very confident she would get us a good sale price, and she delivered. She had a good knowledge of the property and worked in well with our tenants to make sure open homes and private viewings we availible to anyone interested.
