Dillon was well versed in selling houses, and reached out to me at an open home I attended, to check if I needed an appraisal of my property. He came to view my house , not with the listing papers already done, but with a view to getting to know both me & the house to see how best to market the property. Once the listing was live, he kept me well informed at each stage of the sale process. All up in a slow market , the house sold after 3 open homes, and only took a while to go unconditional, as I waited to be a "cash" buyer to find my next property.
