My first introduction to Fiona was heart warming. Her bubbly personality put me at ease and this gave me confidence in her. She explained in simple terms the method and process of selling easy so that I could understand, leaving no doubts in my mind. After some discussion a plan was devised that I was happy with and went away confident that the property was left in good hands and would be sold. Fiona had a good knowledge of the market, price range for selling and the time frame of the property being sold. Her communications was excellent, gave very regular updates on how things were progressing, added some little tips to bring the process of a very successful sale .
