Born and raised in a small coastal community east of Auckland, I spent most of my career managing large-scale dairy farms, learning fast problem-solving, attention to detail, and how to take full responsibility for complex operations—skills I now bring to every property I manage. I’m committed to getting the best returns for property owners while ensuring tenants have safe, fair, and well-cared-for homes. I thrive under pressure, go above and beyond, and am always available to help—no auto-replies, no waiting days for a response. Having recently purchased our dream lifestyle property in Paparoa, I bring a lifelong love of homes, design, and tidy, well-kept spaces to every property I manage. I love working within rural communities, forming genuine connections with both owners and tenants, and treating every property like it’s my own. Excellent work and communications from my agent getting a house a quick as he did

I am so greatful and blown away with how helpful the real estate agent has been with helping me and my two kids find a new house. The process was smooth and the communication was great. Excellent service

Great experience to date with Brad now looking after my rental house. Has gone above and beyond to help me.....prior to finding new tenants, he even went to site and closed the windows for me to save me a trip up to house. Many thanks 😊

Brad has been absolutely amazing to deal with and work with! He helped me find another house so fast and the turn around was amazing. Hes been fun to deal with and also very professional in all ways needed. Im very lucky to have him as our property manager! I'd recommend going through him to anyone. He goes above and beyond!

I am pleased with the service Professionals Maungaturoto has provided since they are assigned..

I am finding it difficult to put my comments because I never done it. Nevertheless, I am pleased with their service and care provided for my property in Matakohe. They keep me updated on any changes or developments needed to address the issue, and most of the time, they suggest how to address it. I normally go with their professional advice and achieved good results.
