Gareth is the best agent we have ever had. His use of technology, especially state of the art video, puts him in a class of his own. He kept us informed at each stage and has excellent communication skills, vital when buying and selling property. We would use him again and will recommend him to all our friends when they need an agent in the region. We can’t thank him enough for his help with our sale and purchase! Thanks Gareth for everything!

When we finally decided to sell our humble cottage by the sea, we contacted our local professionals real estate firm and with Gareth as our sales person and started the process. Gareth wasted no time to get the show on the road and was confident of quick results, he is very easy to deal with and kept us informed constantly. We highly recommend Gareth. Gareth was great he always responded quickly to queries with professionalism and provided excellent regular communication via the Weekly Vendor Report. Gareth was able to set the beach house up for the open home and viewings how I would do it if I was local and I really appreciated the effort he made to present my home in its best light. The photos and imagery of my property online were amazing and I was really impressed with Gareth’s ability to produce this himself to such an extraordinary high professional level. I was really happy with the outcome the process and price I got for my property and would highly recommend Gareth to sell your home. Thanks Gareth for all your hard work!

Gareth was a pleasure to deal with when purchasing my new whare. His knowledge of the market and what was happening out at our community was impressive. What particularly stood out was his willingness to be available at all times when I had questions or even wanted to see him kanohi ki te kanohi. Gareth was honest and reliable throughout the whole process from start to finish and I felt, along with my whanau members who were heavily involved, it was easy to build both a professional and personal relationship with him which made the experience authentic and exciting. Nga mihi nui ki a koe Gareth.
