I called Gareth, as I remember when making an offer on a Property (we didn’t get) with my father, Gareth was just amazing dealing with us as buyers and represented the buyer really well with grace and proudness, he was always honest and upfront with us and I can honestly say he worked equally for both teams for the best results Gareth was our 4th agent on our property and the only agent I had no hidden cost,no pressure, just support and kindness. The advertising fees are family friendly too. I started relating selling too stress and financial struggle being forced into paying more advertising, like I have to up the advertising to sell, when it had been on a while, I did, cost a fortune and still didn’t sell. We also seemed to get more stress than wanted and all sorts. Lost keys and no one being honest about it. Gareth has now changed all that, he has changed my view on selling. I didn’t have one bit of stress, he lifted my stress for me instead, he went above and beyond to help as we were also moving overseas and things came up.
