Dene was fantastic to deal with, his initial appraisal was on point with the market. Other agents had pointed out a lower price would achieve a quick sale he stayed strong. He sold the place within the week of listing. Mum was unwell and he was amazingly helpful, offering to even help us with getting things sorted round the place. Great communication from Dene at every step and he has a super network of people around him.
