Gill was very easy to work with. She shared with us the Invercargill market and where it was heading and also let us know whom our main purchaser base would come from. We do not live near the region of Invercargill, so found her very helpful etc. about the realestate scene in Invercargill. Because we did not live in the area, we relied on Gill to let us know what was happening with the property and what was need to be done to make the sale. Her updates were very in-depth and we knew exactly what was happening and who was looking at our property. Well Done.
