We recently purchased a property in Ravensbourne and had the absolute pleasure of working with Viv Patrick. From the moment I first reached out to Viv, only a day after the property was listed, through to settlement, she was incredible. At the time, we were overseas, which could have made the process difficult, but Viv made everything feel seamless. She was hyper-responsive, supportive, and able to help with every need we had along the way. Her industry contacts, local knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond were genuinely top class. I could not recommend Viv more highly. She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Ever Reliable Viv
This was the second property Viv has sold for me. Both were sold in tricky markets but she got the job done despite. Viv’s approach is informative, transparent and thorough to a tee. You can rely on her to keep you posted on all aspects of the sales process and Viv is a brilliant storyteller highlighting the knowledge she brings to the real estate business. In both sales Viv kept in close touch with the buyers which I feel ultimately made the difference. Viv’s experience shows in that she can usually pick accurately prospective serious buyers. I could not recommend a better agent if you are serious about selling your house!

Very good advice and support. Once first offer fell over, they had second offer lined up & signed.
Communication was professional and exceptional. We felt Team Johnston really looked after our interests and gave awesome advice especially when the first offer fell over. We came across Jacquie and Steve when we purchased this property over 6 years ago. Having bought and sold a number of properties they really stood out, and we wouldn't go past this team.

Jacqui is outstanding in the key areas of communication, market knowledge, negotiation skills and professionalism. And then there are the extra little touches such as a carton of eggs after every open home and Easter buns. Quite simply, Jacqui is the best agent I have ever dealt with in any personal transactions and during my forty three years as a conveyancer with a local law firm.
