Right from the start we knew we'd made the right choice - Jacinta knows the neighbourhood/suburb well and is a local herself . She was able to give practical advice about all sorts and we were very grateful to her for this, being at the end of our journey in terms of readying our mother's house for sale and feeling a little exhausted and overwhelmed already . Her prediction with regards to the likely outcome was very close and the actual auction result was amazing . I am very glad I chose to engage Jacinta for the house sale. Her suggestion for marketing and auction proved to be the right way to do it but I was even more impressed with the way she communicated with myself and the potential buyers. She has the right mixture of knowledge and people skills that made her an easy and caring Agent to deal with. As first home buyers we had to tackle many challenges and unknowns and we found Jacinta to be very supportive and helpful in this process. She responded to our questions (which we had many of) quickly and to the best of her ability, and was a great link between us and the vendor. We found her to be able to maintain a good balance between representing the interests of the vendor, while supporting us in the process buying the property. With her help we were able to arrange all the needed inspections very quickly which made things much easier. All in all, we would recommend working with Jacinta.
