Wow Jacinta had the task to sell mums house during a level 4 lockdown. This meant everything had to be done basically behind closed doors this included the auction. We chose Jacinta to sell mums house as she had passed away we thought it would be a lot more personal to engage Jacinta rather than a have a big franchise real estate company doing the sell, she never let us down one bit, excellent communication was there from day one right through to auction day. Jacinta was absolutely fabulous to deal with. Her initial interview was on ball with her expectations how our house would go on the market , not giving us any false hope . Jacinta was fantastic with her advice on how to present our house for market and went out of her way to help us make our house presentable. Her communication was quick and informative and her advice was inline with current laws and market. Jacinta took the stress of selling out of our hands , she was always calm and professional as well as friendly and warm.
