Just before the first lockdown my mother suffered a fall breaking her hip and as a result moved in with us permanently and resulting in the decision to sell her much loved home. From the time Renate first crossed our doorstep she exhibited enthusiasm for our product, she was well equipped with information on recent sales and she pitched for our listing In a calm, calculated way. Negotiating the commission payable was instigated by her which was a pleasant surprise. The fact she front footed that issue certainly gave her a shoe in, securing the listing. It showed integrity that I have not experienced with other Real Estate Agents. She put no pressure on us during the sales process, gave good notice to inspect, very good honest feedback and was able to bring the sale to a conclusion in a timely, professional manner.
