Purchaser experience with Leonie
I met Leonie the selling Agent by chance. I expressed interest in the property for Sale . Once she understood my intention to buy she moved quickly and efficiently to achieve agreement between myself and the Seller. At all times, business hours and otherwise, she could be contacted and answer all queries. She could recommend local contacts, conveyancer etc and was always agreeable to deal with. I would use her help in the future.

I have to say that Leonie went above and beyond for us. She stuck with us and found us a property that suited our needs and fulfilled our requirements. Leonie kept us informed of new developments and really worked hard to find us a property that worked for us at our price point. Before and after the property went unconditional, she answered all our questions and worked tirelessly to have the property beautifully cleaned and the surrounds tidied for us. Importantly, we could trust her opinion and her word, and Leonie was the difference for us in the end.

Today is pay-out day - Thanks to Leonie !
After several bungled, half-hearted attempts by other agencies I was recommended to Leonie; who specializes in Whangaroa Rohe area. She was an active part of this community a few years ago and knows every square cm of our beautiful harbour and village and surrounds. Leonie's competence and business skills know no bounds; she is fully engaged in all aspects of the process; and I appreciate very much that she is as much interested in the purchasers' needs as she is with the seller's. For example, at her own cost buying a set of garden furniture to be on the land parcel, so that purchasers can sit and congratulate themselves over a comfy bottle of bubbly. I totally recommend Leonie ! And all this before I open the gift she gave me yesterday; yes, she keeps sellers in her caring sights also!

Genuine, Honest and Enthusiastic

Outstanding Carrie
I have had "dealings" with other Real Estate Agents over the past 50 odd years and non of them came close to Carrie's Professionalism, Bubbly Attitude and Kind nature, as well as keeping us "In-The Loop" from start to finish in what was a very stressful experience. Fortunately "The Stars Aligned" for us and we now own a "Touch Of Paradise" courtesy of Carrie's extremely hard work. I am sure that The Vendor would have been absolutely delighted by the results and we would have no hesitation, if we ever considered selling, who we would get to sell it for us :) Thanksyou Carrie.
