We have sold a few houses, and Wayne and Marina, with the help of their handyman Richard, are the best team we have worked with. From the walk through where we planned the pre-market maintenance, to their choice of stager, to their regular phone updates during the campaign, we really felt looked after, and that Wayne and Marina were working hard for their fee. Wayne said that they were there to take the stress off us, and I really felt they were working to make that a reality. Wayne, Marina and Richard essentially co-ordinated a mini-reno for us, as we were from out of town. They also attended all the open homes themselves, so we always knew that the purchasers were hearing from them direct. This was one thing that set them apart from other agents. Wayne and Marina worked as hard as possible to get us the best price they could in a difficult market. If I was selling another house in Wellington, I would not hesitate to call Wayne and Marina. Hi Wayne and Marina feedback from sale of 19 Brindle way All through the process I found both Wayne and Marina professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They both worked really hard to get the best outcome for me. I was also impressed with the added support in staging and sorting out minor maintenance issues, garden etc that needed tidying up. This is the 4th house that I have sold and the support from both Wayne and Marina was the best I have experience and I would be happy to recommend them to others.
