During our hunt for our first home, we went to three months' worth of viewings across Wellington, talking to many different agents. None compare to the Sotheby's team. Our first of three offers was through Mitch, and the service and communication was amazing. Mitch is knowledgable, quick to respond, and very professional while maintaining an approachable and friendly style. We went through another agency for our second offer and were very disappointed by the lack of communication and property knowledge, and found the process stressful.
