During our hunt for our first home, we went to three months' worth of viewings across Wellington, talking to many different agents. None compare to the Sotheby's team. Our first of three offers was through Mitch, and the service and communication was amazing. Salim had inherited the property from another agent, however he was upfront about that and made a real commitment to find out anything I needed to know about the listing. The settlement itself was a little drawn out through no fault of the agent, he made it his business to keep me informed about each step as we went which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Salim as an agent if you’re buying or selling as I found him to be genuinely interested in a good outcome for me and the vendors.
