I had slightly higher expectations (approx 3 - %) in terms of price than what was offered. However, all offers came in around a similar figure so this probably reflected the perceived value of the property and had nothing to do with how it was marketed. We were live in the process for just over two weeks. Awesome to be sold so quickly. The deadline treaty really worked for me. This was a wonderful experience.
