Chris Taylor has expertly guided me through the ups and downs of the Dunedin real estate market. He is honest, thorough and knowledgable. I first met Chris about five years ago when purchasing my first home, since then I have often consulted with him seeking his take on the state of the market, most recently Chris and Peter helped me navigate the sale of my property while I was based overseas. If you want the best; I cannot oversell or recommend the team of Chris Taylor and Peter Strong enough!

I purchased my house with the help of Graeme and Kerry, the process was smooth and easy. When I decided to move recently, it was a no brainer to go back to Graeme and the team at NIDD Realty to sell my house. Graeme and Kerry did an excellent job in taking my house to market and getting me a great price. I was very happy with the professionalism, and outstanding work done on marketing and selling my house. If I was buying or selling in Dunedin I would start by calling Graeme and Kerry.

Kirsty has been a pleasure to work with. She has excellent knowledge about Warrington (where my house was located) and understands the market demand. She tailored the best marketing strategy for a quick sale and maximum return. Kirsty communicated with me verbally and through media asking for my input, she advised and assisted with dressing my house prior to sale and always made herself available to any questions at any time of the day. I highly recommend Kirsty to anyone selling or purchasing a home.

We have just sold both a bare section and a section with a home through Graeme and Kerry's efforts. We are happy with the result and in fact when we were contemplating removing the section with the home from the market due to not achieving the anticipated result, Graeme went to additional lengths and within about twenty four hours had found a buyer who was prepared to pay an acceptable figure. I would certainly engage Graeme again should I be looking to buy or sell property in the Dunedin area.

Kerry and Graeme made the selling of our property a very easy and pleasant experience. Would have no hesitation asking them to work for us again.

Having been approached unsolicited by a number of real estate agents keen to market my Roslyn property, I was unsure who to choose when the time actually came for me to sell. I chose to approach Nidd Realty for an appraisal as it is Dunedin based. Kerry and Graeme were clear and honest about the deferred maintenance that needed to be addressed before marketing, all aspects with which I fully concurred. This gave me confidence in my choice. Having dealt with the maintenance, the issue of price arose. Kerry was persuasive that the market should determine the price as the property was difficult to compare with others in the neighbourhood. She suggested a deadline sale, an approach with which I was unfamiliar. She and Graeme worked very professionally on the marketing and the outcome was well beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Kerry and Graeme to others about to sell property.

Pete and Chris were professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to communicate with. They took on board our questions and got back to us promptly with further information. We found the purchase of our property a suprisingly agreeable exercise.
