I chose to approach Nidd Realty for an appraisal as it is Dunedin based. Having dealt with the maintenance, the issue of price arose. Kerry was persuasive that the market should determine the price as the property was difficult to compare with others in the neighbourhood. We had Pete and Chris selling our house, and it was the best choice. It wasn't an easy task, but they managed to sell our house! They put in so much effort and time, and were full of ideas or tips. They helped organised different tradies to carry out works prior to the sale. They were very honest with us and the purchasers. Overall, the whole sale process was less stressful because of them.
