We were looking for a house for about 3 months and met many agents around Dunedin putting multiple offers in during that time. Some agents were good but unfortunately quite a number of agents were either rude, unprofessional, or didn’t follow up properly and left us chasing them to find out what was going on during offer time. Taylor and Strong however, from the start we’re consistently respectful, friendly and professional. Taking the time to talk to everyone at the open home and then - come offer time, they kept us in the loop at every single turn. Even after we purchased the property there is still a level of help and a freindly check in. They worked hard for the seller of course, driving a hard bargain, but it was done respectfully towards us as the seller so we were way more happy to work in with them to land our awesome new home. Graeme and his team did a most professional job in selling our property. The staging was cost effective and beneficial to the marketing approach as were the photographs and brochures. They communicated with us on all relevant aspects including reports on digital media progress, open home numbers and feedback from prospective buyers. A seamless process which I would recommend to others as their knowledge and experience was well worth it.
