We commend Graeme on his professionalism, candour and for his advocacy during the sales process. As first home buyers, we visited a number of open homes, and for us, Graeme was a stand-out agent. He was attentive, warm and welcoming during the open homes, and took care to also address our families to ensure that everyone viewing the property was fully informed. Having an agent who is attuned to this level of detail and took steps to ensure that everyone was well-looked after was fantastic. Graeme also took steps to keep us updated during the sales campaign in a transparent manner, and personally took us through the preparation of our offer. As a property lawyer by profession, many agents leave buyers to their own devices. Aside from leaving the door open for things to go wrong, we felt it was a positive and reassuring measure to have Graeme take us through this step of the process and allow us to express why purchasing the property he was selling was important to us. Swift͏ and easy! Taylor and Strong were so easy to work with and extremely helpful! Considering it was our first home and therefore our first home buying experience, we were in constant contact and provided with answers to questions as soon as we needed them. Taylor and Strong went the extra mile for us during the whole process and we definitely recommend them to prospective sellers and buyers. The fact we were able to sign documents remotely as one of us works away during the week, made the process that much easier for us. On an off chance we came across https://findmyagent.co.nz/ and after completing their questionnaire we were contacted very shortly be one if their staff as a follow up. It was good to talk to someone about the ins and outs of finding the right agent. The next day we got two recommendations, Graeme Pennell being one of them and the other we’d run across a few years back when looking to buy the house we were about to sell. We chose Graeme. From the first contact with Laura it was 5 star! She organised at short notice for me to view a property she had on the market. Laura was friendly, bubbly and i could tell she was keen to help me buy my first investment property but also get the best price for the sellers.
