We made a decision to sell a rental property consequent upon a tenant moving out. We could not have picked a worse time with the market being flat. Kerry was super friendly from the beginning. She understood my requirements very well. I did not know anything about buying and selling procedures in NZ, but she was the pillar behind me for everything during the whole process. I have met my financial gain even more than expected with her professional service. It was a pleasure to work with her. I was away from the city where the property located, and everything did virtually and it was the excellent and dedicated service of Kerry. Her knowledge in the properties in market, similar locations, similar properties were amazing. Handling the prospective buyers were wonderful. Everything was uncovered. When I first approach Laura about selling the house, she listened to the reasons why I was selling and came up with a great plan to get the best out the house for myself and the future buyer.
