I chose Graeme for selling my house after meeting him at an open home and getting good down to earth and honest vibes from him. After getting an appraisal from him it was clear that he was realistic in terms of what we should expect, and the way he talked to us showed his years of experience and expertise. During the open home period, he gave good advice on how we should present our house, and he was timely around sharing information with me about how the process was going. Quick texts about how many people had come through were fantastic, followed by phone calls with more in-depth information later in the day. My house sold by the deadline we had set, and his advice and skills had led us to receiving offers higher than what we had been expecting. We really appreciated all the hard work he put in for my family and I as we move on to a bigger place for us to grow into.
