Phil is engaging and valued the relationship he had with both vendor and purchaser.
Phil was new to being a real estate and he disclosed this at our first meeting which we thought showed him to be a man of integrity. He never bluffed his way through anything and referred to more senior colleagues on a couple of more complex questions we had as the purchaser. His follow up calls were polite and to the point which made such a pleasant change as other agents are often just after the quick sale. We did have an issue post settlement and while there was no onus on Phil to sort the problem out, he did step in and negotiated a way forward where all parties were happy. We would definitely recommend Phil to any of our friends.
