Lesley, Steve and Georgia are extremely good at selling houses. They are also very cool everyday Kiwi's with no airs. From the first visit there was no fluff but only a calm confidence in what they offer and what they can do to help. I found this very reassuring and throughout the process felt treated as a colleague in our joint selling home project. I really appreciated their honesty and being told all the pros and cons for each step and decision. They kept me grounded in what was a daunting process on my own. No question was a silly question, thank goodness! I trusted their advice and it certainly paid off with only 12 days to sell! I felt in control and incredibly informed all the way. Their marketing worked so well and the house looked wonderful in the photos which was very heart warming. They did their job with extreme skills and I am very grateful to their hard work which was apparent. I cannot recommend this team enough.
