A warm and excellent communicator who is highly competent with extensive knowledge of the market. Madel prepared a presentation for us which was very impressive. It covered recent sales, and also her ideas for how to best market our home, she was very passionate about capturing the essence of what we had built. She is a very strong communicator with exceptional listening skills. She is able to offer advice and suggest ways to improve the presentation of the home for market without offending or being over bearing. She has been supportive throughout the process, which she made less stressful with her help. Very approachable and checks in frequently to make sure we are on track, and also doing okay. We never felt like a burden for asking questions, or having Madel go over certain aspects again; and this was because she was committed to being the best advocate she could, and if she had time to allocate to us, she would endeavor to do so. We never had to chase Madel for updates as she gave weekly vendor reports, and I would like to point out that the quality of the marketing through Sotheby's was excellent. All aspects of the sale were handled exceptionally well. We are very glad that we chose Madel to represent us.
