Nathan was a really good agent. Lots of communication which was reassuring. Was a hit disappointed in the fact that our add went up, people saw the post then the price got dropped. It just gave off the vibe that there was something wrong with the property to make them drop the price. Wasn't happy about that. We didn't get use of the online portal which was talked about when we signed on too. Otherwise, staging, and feedback was great. Happy to be free of the property.

Nathan got us an outstanding result for the sale of our property…..our sales situation was unique & when the neighbouring (almost identical) property was also listed it provided a bit of competition-due to circumstances with the market, Nathan was able to change the sales method of auction to deadline which made the property available to other purchasers & we were able to achieve an outstanding result!-whereas the neighbouring property didn’t sell at auction & was pulled from the market. Without Nathan’s ability to be flexible in his sales techniques our end result would have had a very different outcome. We highly recommend Nathan & his team -because of the communication and ability to be flexible -if you are looking for a great end result in a changing market.
