Nathan definitely worked for his client to get best price, which impressed me because too often Landagent just want a buyer to get an easy commission, he pushed enough to find out what he needed to know to get best price, but knew when to back off without losing buyer and I arrived at open day in scuffy attire and he didn't judge, he did his job. Once deal was in order, he went extra mile to sort out a couple of problems to keep the deal together, while I was stressing to the max. Nathan and his lovely team are very kind, helpful and managed to stay very kind and professional. Highly recommended Nathan and his team, they stuck to their word. And their remarkable facebook video was what sold this property to my friends who passed on their expressed belief that this property is exactly what I've been looking for. Words do not describe how amazing Nathan and his team have been through a very stressful past 4mths for me. Clear and prompt communication, they were always willing to help and keep things tracking along. They do what they say and say what they mean!!! I am also not located in Christchurch and they truly went above and beyond to assist me. This was my family home for 8yrs and I could not have left it in better hands than Najib!! Tammy has been incredible as Nathans right hand girl, Lauren and Olivia were also amazing! I felt like part of their work family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. YOU WONT REGRET IT. When commented on the "no show" of the promised documents no reply. The office lady did change our offer with NO consultation with us. Changing the allowable working days for LIM and building inspector report from 15 to 10 days, yet LIM can take up to 10 days to receive. The office lady was to email the promised documents (by Nathan) to our solicitor. This did not happen and then suddenly requested payment for those documents (LIM and Building inspectors report from a previous failed offer). I was ready to walk away from this property. I Consider Najib real-estates behavior unprofessional and borderline failing to adhere to the Real Estate code of practice. Would I use Najib Real estate again? Certainly not. Would I recommend Nathan or his Real estate? No.

Disappointed with this agent and his professionalism. We had a few issues with settlement date and chattels listed that didn’t exist and this agent didn’t take responsibility or seem to want to help, seemed it was just “another” house. Considering this was our first house, it was not a nice experience and i would not want to buy another house from this agent.
