I love how passionate Darrell is about real estate and he was so determined to get me a great deal. He was also very knowledgeable and able to reassure any issues or concerns I had. When we first met Darrell we were impressed by his enthusiasm and by his ability to obtain the information he required. Darrell's marketing plan was concise and more about the property than the company. In hindsight, Darrell had an excellent understanding of the market and achieved a sale price much higher than we expected and much higher than other agents suggested. I particularly liked the discreet signage which promoted the property, not the agent.
