We met Daryl on the of chance at an open home. He came across as very friendly and approachable. In summary he came around to see what our needs were regarding the sale of our property. Very knowledgeable to the market conditions, good communicator and enthusiastic. One of those guys you wouldn’t mind going for a beer with! Got the job done in a relatively short space of time. Darrell, Riley and Maree were the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. We were getting the house ready to sell before Christmas and they advised us to wait until January when people would be back from holidays. They also recommended staging. We went with Rayleen at Stagement. We were amazed how wonderful the place looked once staged. Her company was brilliant and worth every dollar spent. The video and photos were exceptional. The open home and the offers produced in ONE week were record-breaking. We absolutely would recommend this team to sell your home. When Riley presented the offers to us, we felt immediately at ease and not rushed or pressured in any way. He had them all on a spreadsheet to make it easier for us to choose as there were multiple offers to look at. 100% satisfied.
