I was convinced that we were entering the market at absolutely the wrong time, my husband wanted a sale. I was right, and our patience was put to the test. It was a true test for Peter and his team, and I cannot commend them enough for their incredible patience, marketing tenacity, supply of information, relative stats, effort and excellent communications that buoyed us along this journey. There was never a need to say, "I told you; I want, you said" Peter and the team would placate, with their extraordinary perception of their circumstances and ours.
