As an elderly couple selling our house in Paeroa we couldnt be more pleased with the way Tash supported us during the sale process. We never felt pressured by any undue 'sales tactics' and always felt our vendor interests were put first. Tash listens. We had regular communication through the campaign and even in the depths of winter when it felt like our property would never sell Tash was there to provide her sunshine and realistic optomism. In addition to her thourough professionalism Tash had clearly communicated her market insights and had a dedication that made the process smooth and ultimately successful. Attention to detail exemplary. Always available and responsive. You need that sometimes elusive buyer to sell a house and that can take a while in down market conditions. But up to you get that sales contract signed you want an agent who you know is giving you the best opportunity, is working diligently FOR YOU, is aiming to maximise your achieved price, and makes you feel confiodent comfortable and relaxed while the process plays out. When I opened ‘Facebook’ one Sunday morning in November, I had no intention of buying a house, but the very well presented Mike Pero advert for 8 Aorangi Road caught my eye. Photos, detail and and property description were excellent, and most important, Asking Price, $729,000. Hardly any agencies put a price on their adverts, it is either Auction, Tender or Price by negotiation..at which stage I move on. I deduced that this property would suit my daughter and instructed her to go to the open home that afternoon. As it met her approval, I made arrangements to view the property the following day with agent Tash Dawson. Tash was very helpful to both myself and the vendors in bringing about a ‘confidential’ Sale & Purchase arrangement with settlement taking place on 2 February, 2024. The Vendors had built the house in the 1980’s and it was the first house they had ever sold. I was interested in the history of the property and Tash arranged to collect all historical documents and she put them all together for me in a lovely folder which was much appreciated. I have all the builders plans as well, and the vendors who will remain neighbours, have explained in detail all the ‘quirks’ of this interesting property. Tash was incredibly professional but also so relatable. She treated us like we were as important to her as the Vendor who she represented. Her absolute transparency and knowledge about the house she was selling stands out. We looked at multiple houses before we bought and it never felt like we were wasting her time which is a feeling you sometimes get with agents.
