Right from our first interaction with Tash we were made to feel comfortable with her, she listened to and fully understood our requirements. Tash is very relaxed, engaging as well as being very professional. Appraisals are important in this process and we found Tash very honest and upfront with all aspects of this. Jay has been an amazing agent to sell my parents home. He is full of energy and ideas and has a really positive attitude. The wider family do not live in Thames, but apart from meeting him at the house for appraisal, we have been able to electronically sign all the documents and sales agreements, which has been really helpful. I highly recommend Jay and his agency. They have made this process really easy.
