Excellent communication, problem solving and people skills!
Right from the very first time I messaged Tiaan (when he even bet his auto reply!), he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Tiaan genuinely goes above and beyond. His communication is exceptional, he thinks outside the box, and his negotiation and problem-solving skills are second to none. We had an extra-short timeframe to sell not one, but TWO houses, and somehow he managed to get them both under multi-offers within the timeframe we needed. I knew from our very first meeting that Tiaan was the right guy for the job, and he absolutely proved me right. He didn’t just put the properties on the market and wait for buyers — he actively looked for creative ways to market them, adapted when things changed, and was always thinking about how we could get the best possible outcome. What really stood out to us was how invested he was in getting the job done. Nothing ever seemed like a hassle, and we always felt like he had everything under control, even when we were under a ridiculous amount of pressure ourselves! Selling one house is stressful enough, let alone two at the same time, but having Tiaan in our corner made such a huge difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
