Right from the very first time I messaged Tiaan (when he even bet his auto reply!), he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Tiaan genuinely goes above and beyond. Nothing ever seemed like a hassle, and we always felt like he had everything under control, even when we were under a ridiculous amount of pressure ourselves!
