We weren't even looking, we already have a beautiful home at Oruawharo on the Kaipara our whanau forever home, however once I saw the photos on Trade Me that Selma posted from the deck to the water, I just knew I had to make contact with her. My first 30 secs on the phone I felt like I had known her all my life, trust me I have had many conversations with Sales people over the years so my judgement is usually pretty good. Within that first week I would say she had ticked all the boxes for the questions we had it was becoming more and more tempting. As we have our Business in Taranaki by week two I wanted to go north to look at the property, but my request was that I wanted to stay for a weekend considering we were travelling 8 hours I didnt want a quick walk about, she worked her magic and it was organised. Throughout the downturn cycle with maximum properties on the market and very few buyers, Selma persisted with many strategies to get our place sold.
