Throughout the downturn cycle with maximum properties on the market and very few buyers, Selma persisted with many strategies to get our place sold. With many agents competing in a very tight market, multiple agents on one property, etc, it was not a good situation for the sellers at that time. Selma 'knows a buyer when she sees one' and exactly that happened with our buyer when she met them and finally achieved our sale. This was a really big ask to get a rare sale in an extremely slow economy, and our asking price was achieved.
