Mat Baxter has been a fabulous agent. Good communication throughout and great results with numbers through the Open Homes, and getting 2 offers in the current rapidly changing market. Unfortunately changes to finance regulations meant the offer fell through - Mat had continued working hard during the conditional timeframe, and had a backup offer ready to complete the sale without any delays. Great effort, highly recommended.
