Our first home hunting journey was difficult and more than a little daunting - as we can imagine many others in our position in this current market can attest! But Mat and Dan made our first home purchase experience a breeze, and were courteous, attentive and helpful right through from the first open home viewing to the final offer process and handover. They were both more than happy to assist us with any questions we had on the process, and about the home itself. Communication via email and phone was always prompt, and we had no issues getting the information we needed to feel confident in moving forward with our offer. Though we had restricted availability for phone calls and discussions in person, they went out of their way to accommodate us and we are very thankful for that indeed. Very impressed with Aaron’s overall ability. We had to sell our house quickly and our deadline was met, desired settlement date achieved and our price expectations were met. During such a short timeframe we encountered a few surprises however Aaron handled these swiftly and efficiently and all in all an excellent result.

He did the job at hand famously but he always took an interest in our family, what we were planning and even how we were celebrating.
