An incredible agent (and team!) From day one very clear expectations were set, communication channels opened and we were kept 110% up to date on everything. Being on the other side of the world, Matt, Pearl and team went above and beyond, arranging lockboxes, handymen to help fix maintenance issues ahead of the sale and also to work some silly hours to ensure that we were always in the loop. Honest, friendly and bloody good at their jobs - they got a sale price for us right on our expectations despite all the war and economic uncertainty.

Once again we followed her advice about the property to the letter which gave us a great property that had all the obstacles to a sale removed.
