Above and beyond on the Golden Mile

We entrusted Kylie Churchward with the sale of our property based on previous positive experience with Professionals and her local knowledge of the area. As we are based overseas our agent would help coordinate many activities normally the responsibility of the vendor. Kylie organized many logistics from repairs, gardening, staging, cleaning and presentation. Kylie treated the property as her own, even taking on the reconnection of electricity in her own name when the tenant vacated. We were selling a house in the head winds of poor market conditions and limited appetite from buyers. However Kylie’s positive disposition meant she was always positive and resilient during the many open homes and private viewings.
