My brother and I chose Alena and Dean to market our parents house. The home had monolithic cladding and some issues. Nevertheless they generated a lot of interest with their experience, extreme professionalism, communication and prospective buyers seemed to love them too. We had a vacant section in a good locality with some fine natural qualities of northerly view, native bush and bird life. The banks require high deposit to loan ratios for vacant sections and it was not easy to sell. Alex maintained weekly reports, remained positive and demonstrated perseverance.
