My brother and I chose Alena and Dean to market our parents house. The home had monolithic cladding and some issues. Nevertheless they generated a lot of interest with their experience, extreme professionalism, communication and prospective buyers seemed to love them too. A successful sale was made rather quickly considering the parameters. You shouldn't go past this team if you are looking for top dollar and a seamless and enjoyable relationship with your agent

Maria had a very personable approach from the moment she welcomed me at the open home. The house was set up well including recent sales in the area so we could gain an idea of the vendor's expectation. She was very open about the house's history as well as giving an overview of the area. She effortlessly recalled my name and details when I came back for a second visit with my husband. She understands that for many people including us, buying a home is not a transactional experience but a major moment in a person's life. After the purchase, she gave me an update about the neighbours and the positive interactions she had with them during her work with the house. She understood that we were moving into a community that we wanted to know more about. Overall, Maria managed to be professional while at the same time being very personable and genuine.

Maria is an amazing real estate agent. Professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of her business, she gave excellent advice and nothing was too much bother for her. She also has another valuable asset- she is an incredibly good listener. For us, the sale involved executors and family in two countries and three cities so her great communication skills were vital to make the process very smooth. She was marvellous with the large number of people who came to view the property and worked hand in hand with us throughout the process. We are delighted to have sold at an excellent price and to a lovely family. So a perfect outcome.

We had a vacant section in a good locality with some fine natural qualities of northerly view, native bush and bird life. The banks require high deposit to loan ratios for vacant sections and it was not easy to sell. Alex maintained weekly reports, remained positive and demonstrated perseverance. We were always confident that Alex would achieve a sale. Indeed he did after revealing skill in ensuring we received our basic price after payment of the well earned commission.
