We never dreamed we’d be in a position of having to choose between offers in the current market. Luxe Real Estate advised us on the current market conditions and then created a plan that would help us get to the outcome we wanted. Corbin was a joy to work with! Very knowledgeable, respectful, and mindful of the little details that make such a big difference. I’ve highly recommend Corbin and Luxe Real Estate.

Sharene Temple came highly recommended by some friends who had used her services previously. She did not disappoint. Dealing with Sharene & Corbin was always a pleasure due to their professional and friendly attitude, nothing was too much trouble and they delivered a sale in a difficult market. Sharene is the Queen of Leasehold sales.

We were really impressed by how far Sharene and Corbin were willing to "go the extra mile" to sell our property in a tough market. Their hard work, expertise and creativity were very effective in drumming up interest which eventually turned into a very welcome sale. Many thanks to you both!

I recently had the pleasure of working with LUXE Real Estate to sell my waterside apartment in Latitude 37 Pakenham St. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to work with Sharene and Corbin of LUXE from our initial conversations and throughout the whole process. Sharene and Corbin were both highly professional and knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the process both agents came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiating skills were first rate - they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of from arranging inspections to researching potential issues. I cannot recommend LUXE Real Estate enough.

We had the amazing pleasure of working with Sharene and Corbin in the purchase of our beautiful new Apartment. From the very beginning, Sharene and Corbin were nothing but professional and supportive. Never once did we feel pressured. Their time was given extremely generously, and in fact they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Any questions that we had were answered in an extremely timely manner. Tricky requests were greeted as "part of the job". During the time of due diligence, Sharene and Corbin were once again amazing and generous with their time and consistency. Once we acquired the property, the follow up from them both has been incredible, checking in and making sure that we are all settled in and don't require any additional help. We can highly recommend Sharene, Corbin and LUXE Real Estate.

We sold our very special property through Sharene and could not have hoped for a better result. We trusted Sharene and she came through with flying colours. We know it wasn’t an easy task and we asked a lot of her, she never wavered, she was always open and upfront with the process and the opportunities that came forward. Most of all we were confident that she knew the market and was able to navigate it skillfully for our benefit. A heartfelt thank you to Sharene and team. We now look forward to the next adventure on our horizon.
