I highly recommend Sharene, she is very knowledgeable on the current market trends answering all my questions regarding the real estate in New Zealand. Sharene is a very thoughtful person and very helpful with communications in making big decisions as she listens to what I prefer and looks after me, even after the purchase has been finalized. Sharene’s professionalism has spanned 10 years with me and this is my 2nd purchase with her.

I had a fantastic experience working with Sharene. Her knowledge of the market and buyer behaviour is evident in the expert advice she provided on all aspects: from how to stage the apartment, pricing, type of clientele etc. She is reliable, dedicated, hardworking, creative and an excellent communicator (concise and to the point). Corbin is also fantastic and helped simplify the process with use of technology (Docusign) when we closed the sale in two months. I highly recommend Sharene & Corbin. Their fantastic service and effective hard work is second to none. Thanks!

It was a pleasure dealing with Sharene from the very first enquiry to the handing over of keys. She was very responsive to all communications. On the viewings I did with her she gave me an overview of the property then held back and let me inspect them thoroughly without interfering. (She stood head and shoulders above the other agents I also dealt with in this respect). She has unrivalled knowledge of the Viaduct and Central Auckland areas and I would recommend her to potential buyers and sellers without hesitation.

Sharene and Corbin allowed us space to look and appraise the property . When we had a question if they didn’t have the answer they it and informed us very quickly. They were enthusiastic .. but not too pushy. We found their friendly but professional approach a pleasure to deal with .. We would highly recommend to anyone the ‘ special ‘ service that they provide in the real estate market.
