Excellent Communication
Nick has been instrumental in helping me secure my first property. Throughout the process he was always available to answer any questions and took the time to go through the necessary steps and explain all the details carefully, whilst ensuring I fully understood everything. The best agent I have dealt with among 3 countries.
I have purchased and sold houses with different estate agents over the years in three countries. Nick is the best agent I ever have had dealing with. Second time a success
This was our second property transaction with Nick, this time as sellers. Nick was straight to the point and clearly communicated the current market and where he saw our property, Nick developed a very transparent rapport with us, so when it came to make decisions regarding advertising and pricing the property, we trusted Nick wholeheartedly. Nick’s initiative and salesmanship came to the forefront when finding a neighbour to place an offer on the property at the first open home having already engaged with them. This offer ultimately bought the property at the asking price meaning a quick stress free process. We will definitely be using Nicks services again, having trust in his professionalism and personality.

Hardworking and great communicator

Thank Goodness For Nick!
We found our dream property just four days before the auction, so we called Nick. His support was invaluable from explaining council and property information, to providing accurate market analysis, advising on auction strategy and even bidding for us when my husband couldn't attend and I lost my nerve! He is no-nonsense, a great communicator and happy to connect with experts to answer any curly questions. Nick gave us the confidence to go for it and secure our dream. Excellent communication.
Throughout my selling experience, Heather was an excellent communicator. After every open home Heather would follow up with me either directly by phone or txt, to let me know the interest shown. Even when the sale was conditional, Heather continued to hold open homes just incase the deal fell over. I class Heather as an honest communicator with a very professional manner.
