There make the process of property selling easy. without any hassle. also friendly communication. I am living in Australia does not matter what is the time difference. always answer the phone or quick response to the call as soon as possible. weekly updates just like a clock. on top of that they listening to the vender without any arguments. I was recommended Nick as a real estate agent that gets good results. As an out of town vendor I had tried to sell my property previously with no success as the tenancy was causing some issues. I had lost hope in being able to sell my property with the tenancy in place, and when Nick told me he had successfully sold properties and negotiated access etc with tenants in the past I was doubtful. In the end, Nick not only managed to sell my house for a price I was happy with in a timeframe that was better than I was expecting, but he kept the tenant happy during the process and managed to make the sale the least stressful it possibly could have been. Nick went above and beyond to help resolve issues that arose during the process, and always was available to talk through anything that I was unsure about. Nick has a good knowledge of the industry in all aspects of real estate from the appropriate method of sale, to the advertising that works best (and looks best), to the access to the large client database that he uses to match buyers with any kind of property (even my one). I am incredibly grateful to Nick for getting me a good outcome on the sale of my property, and would recommend him to anyone who wants to sell in Hamilton, or wherever he may be working.

We met Del through an open home at a property she was selling. She guided us (FHB) through the process of making an offer and was so thorough and helpful through the process of a multi-offer. After being unsuccessful, Del & Josh supported us as buyers' agents to get us into our first home. They must have shown us through a dozen properties, accommodating our needs, supporting during negotiations and being readily available to answer any questions we had. I cannot stress enough; how brilliant it was to have this support when you have no idea what you're doing. After a few unsuccessful offers, we eventually found a home we couldn't wait to view again and make an offer on. Del was amazing at getting us in to view quickly, and again to do DD, before supporting us to make a strong offer in a likely multi-offer situation. She supported us through the process from offer acceptance to settlement and made the whole experience so stress free!
