I found Kate amazing to work with, she was professional, but relaxed, which was the perfect balance at a stressful time, as our process moved quite quickly. She was honest and really just said it as it was, using language that I could understand. I had a few requests during before going unconditional and again before settlement, and nothing seemed to be a problem for Kate to facilitate, meeting people at the house and passing on questions to the vendor. Will definitely be getting in touch with Kate when I sell or buy again!
