Buying a house a breeze? YES, with Nick :)
We were pretty motivated buyers, we knew what we were after, and we had a bit of time pressure. Nick sensed all of this, without too much explanation. We love to keep things simple, and Nick was there to facilitate it, as well as take care of any auxiliary things we didn't necessarily wanted to get too much into. We are stoked with our new place. We would deal with Nick again in a heart beat, and would recommend his expertise to anyone in search of their new home. Thanks Nick ! 10/10 :)

Fantastic sale experience!
We sold our home through Nick and he was really knowledgeable, this was our first time selling and he was happy to answer all our questions. Really friendly and gave detailed updates every step of the way. We ended up with a successful sale at a price we were super happy with, will be going with Nick if we ever sell again!
