Buying a house a breeze? YES, with Nick :)

We were pretty motivated buyers, we knew what we were after, and we had a bit of time pressure. Nick sensed all of this, without too much explanation. We love to keep things simple, and Nick was there to facilitate it, as well as take care of any auxiliary things we didn't necessarily wanted to get too much into. We are stoked with our new place.
